Please come join us for breakfast to listen to our guest speakers, Ryan Altoon of Anderson Pacific, and Jason Silver of LEDCOR to discuss the details of their exciting new project “The Current” at Shoreline Gateway.  

This 17-story mixed use project  located at Ocean & Alamitos Boulevards will include 223-unit rental tower rentals with 6,750 SF retail lease space.  Planned amenities at the tower include a rooftop pool, a Zen garden, an outdoor event space, a fitness center, and private storage.  After The Current is completed in 2016, a second 35-story residential tower is slated for construction.  The two towers are going to be connected by a 25,000 SF plaza with retail space and other amenities.



Ryan A. Altoon, Executive Vice President  AndersonPacific, LLC

Mr. Altoon has over 12 years’ experience in strategic planning, project management and finance.  He is responsible for overseeing all entitlement and development projects of the firm, financing and investment, asset management, and overseeing firm operations. As a development/project manager he manages city, consultant and investor requirements and facilitates strategic direction for the firm.  Mr. Altoon received a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, a Certificate of Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design, and a Bachelor of Business/Economics & Art History from the University of California, Santa Barbara. 

He is a LEED Accredited Professional, active in the Urban Land Institute, Board Member of the Downtown Long Beach Associates, and President of the Greater Toluca Lake Neighborhood Council.

Anderson Pacific currently manages over $1 Billion in projects in key Downtown areas throughout California.





Jason R. Silver, Development Project Manager
Ledcor Properties, Inc.


Mr. Silver has roughly 10 years of experience in project forward planning, agency entitlements and project management. Mr. Silver is responsible for project acquisitions, entitlements, construction, lease-up and sale activities on behalf of Ledcor’s United States development division. Mr. Silver’s experience includes residential for-sale single family homes, award winning multi-housing new and affordable rehabilitation housing development projects valued at over $500 Million. Mr. Silver has a Masters in Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Business from Washington State University.

Mr. Silver is an active member of the Orange County/Inland Empire Urban Land Institute, where he also served two years as the Chair of the Young Leaders Group, Advisory Board Member and Executive Management Team.

Ledcor is a multi-national company that is actively involved with acquisition, development and management of office, retail and residential properties across North America. Partnering with local developers or on its own, it has contributed in the development of over 60 projects, at a valuation exceeding $2.5 billion.
