We have a fully packed agenda so arrive early! 

Greg Steinhauer, President of American Life, Inc will be providing opening remarks as his team develop the new 36 story hotel in the heart of Downtown Long Beach. 

The City of Long Beach is providing an update on Housing Policy and Economic Development initiatives they have in play supporting the billions being invested in Commercial Real Estate city-wide.

Stillwater Investment Group will provide an update on the millions being invested at One World Trade Center. The largest Class A tower in the City is undergoing massive improvements with incredible A++ amenities. As the Port of Long Beach moves back to Downtown, One World Trade Center has positioned itself to capture companies interested in locating Downtown thanks to the substantial recent investments, proximity to the Port of Long Beach headquarters, and being located in an environment only a Downtown can provide.

From West

• Take any major freeway eastbound (10, 91, 105, or 60) to the 710 Freeway South.

• Exit at Downtown/Broadway.

• Proceed through 9 lights, and turn right onto Elm Street.

• Turn right onto Ocean Boulevard.

• The hotel is on the right.

From South

• Take I-5 to I-405 North to 710 Freeway South.

• Exit at Downtown/Broadway.

• Proceed through 9 lights, and turn right onto Elm Street.

• Turn right onto Ocean Boulevard.

• The hotel is on the right.

From Long Beach Airport (LGB)

• Leave the airport on Donald Douglas Drive.

• Turn right onto CA-19 South/North Lakewood Boulevard.

• Turn right onto CA-1 N/Pacific Coast Highway.

• Turn left onto Orange Avenue. Orange Ave. will become Alamitos Avenue.

• Turn right onto East Ocean Boulevard.

• The hotel is on the right.

From North

• Take Interstate 5 or Interstate 405 South to 710 Freeway South.

• Exit at Downtown/Broadway.

• Proceed through 9 lights, and turn right onto Elm Street.

• Turn right onto Ocean Boulevard.

• The hotel is on the right.
