Stillwater looks for investment opportunities where it can utilize its asset management expertise to add immediate value while focusing on acquiring projects below their replacement costs. Since its founding in 2014, Stillwater has acquired and been a partner in over $210 million of office and retail assets in Southern California. Stillwater has also acquired over $40 million of value-add Multi-Family assets as a managing partner of Waterford Residential, LLC.


Jason Fine, JLLSenior Vice President – National Director

Jason brings 22 years of experience to the commercial real estate industry in tenant representation, investment sales and agency leasing. As a consistent Top Producer, his diverse experience ranges from helping reposition properties under redevelopment as well as leasing institutional grade, high-rise assets. His tenant representation transactional expertise involves Multi-Market Account Management, Complex Disposition and Relocation transactions, warehouse to creative office conversions, and Corporate HQ assignments.

Craig A. Kish, Newmark Knight Frank, Senior Managing Director

Craig Kish joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in 2016 as a senior managing director in the firm’s office in El Segundo, California. Mr. Kish focuses exclusively on providing his tenant clients with occupancy solutions that connect corporate strategy and operational needs with efficient utilization of various forms of real estate. This work has included corporate headquarter strategies, restructures, site selection, sales, dispositions and portfolio management.
